Are these live or on-demand trainings?

All Diamond Mind Training CE offerings are delivered as live, interactive webinars via Zoom. These are not pre-recorded or on-demand courses.

Participants must attend the live session in its entirety and engage in required activities to be eligible for CE credit.

How do I receive my CE certificate?

Participants who meet attendance requirements and complete the required post-session evaluation will receive a Certificate of Completion via email.

Certificates are issued after attendance has been verified and all CE requirements have been fulfilled.

If you do not receive your certificate within three business days of the attended training, please contact: [email protected]

What are the attendance requirements?

To receive CE credit:

- Full attendance is required

- Participants must remain present for the entire training

- Required evaluation forms must be completed

Partial attendance does not qualify for CE credit. No exceptions can be made in order to maintain compliance with CE approval standards.

Are these clinical or therapeutic services?

No. These trainings are educational in nature.

They do not constitute clinical supervision, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Participation in a CE training does not establish a therapeutic or supervisory relationship.

What is your refund or transfer policy?

Registrations may be canceled up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled training for a full refund.

After that period, registrations are non-refundable; however, participants may transfer their registration to a future live session of the same training within 6 months, subject to availability.

If Diamond Mind Training must cancel or reschedule a session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future date.
